Terms of Service

We design, build, connect, and maintain AI phone agents for your business. The exact scope, agents, and setup are agreed with you in writing before we start.

You give us accurate information about your business and the access we need to set up the agent, such as your calendar or phone forwarding.

You are responsible for how you use the agent and for following the laws that apply to your calls and messages.

Pricing is a one-time setup plus a simple monthly plan, agreed with you in your service agreement. The monthly plan covers the ongoing monitoring, review, and tuning that keeps the agent working.

The monthly plan is not a long lock-in. You can cancel with the notice set out in your agreement.

If your agent sends text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.

Recipients can reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opt-in consent is never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

We work to keep your agent running around the clock, but no service is available every second. We may update the service and these terms, and we will tell you about material changes.

We provide the service with care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive by law.
